Unfortunately I wasn't very good at doing that, so I quit installing mods entirely.
I actually had a similar thing happen to me a number of years ago, with the NMM manager, and could never get it to work right, some mods would never activate, no matter what I tried-very frustrating- so I deleted it, and started installing mods manually myself.

Well, I definitely understand why you feel like that about mod managers. What was preventing the mod from working was the mod manager. Got in game and my character wasnt invisible. Installing every part of the mod manually fixed the problem. This time I chose to ignore installing the part of the mod through a mod manager. It seemed like this mod was forever unable to work correctly even though i installed everything correctly. The mod was installed correctly and there were no conflicts preventing the mod from working. But yet my character was invisible.Īnd yes i used script merger.

Looked up videos specifically step by step how to install this particular mod. For years every now and again i would retry to install the mod. ONce i got IN game my character was always invisible. And installed all other parts and copied the scripts exactly how you are suppose to. I installed the part your suppose to using nexus mod manager. It literally on the mods page for Amm says part of the mod has to be downloaded and installed using nexus mod manager. When that mod first came out I used nexus mod manager as the instructions for amm mod says. I only decided to use the Vortex because I like the layout better than the Witcher manager interface, otherwise I have no real preference, since they both use the Witcher 3 Script merger tool to organize and merge the mods properly.įor example Amm mod. I've also installed some mods manually, but I really prefer to use a mod manager, and I've used both the Witcher 3 Mod manager, and the Vortex manager, and both of them seem to work quite well.
